A fuss free dessert, that’s as easy to make as it is to eat! The taste of ripe juicy peaches with the rich caramel flavour of dark muscovado sugar to enjoy this summer
Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas 4.
Halve your peaches and top with the dark muscovado sugar on a baking sheet.
Put your baking tray in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes - keeping an eye so they don’t burn on top, they should look caramelised when done.
Once cooled slightly, serve with some single cream on top or just as they are for a juicy and sweet treat.
