Step 1

Mix the cream cheese, single cream and yogurt and icing sugar together in a large bowl and then refrigerate.

Step 2

Place the blueberries caster sugar, water and lemon juice in a saucepan on a medium heat and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until the blueberries begin to break down.

Step 3

Pour the cream cheese mix into a large Pyrex jug and then gently swirl the cooled blueberry mix into it.

Step 4

Pour into the lolly moulds and freeze overnight.

Step 5

Pop the lollies out of the moulds a dip in the biscuits crumbs before serving.
